Common Questions

• How do I make picks? Open the app, go to the Picks tab, and tap a team to select your winner for that game.
• What is Play of the Day? Each day we highlight one key game — pick the winner to extend your streak.
• How do diamonds work? Earn diamonds by logging in daily, winning picks, and completing achievements. Use them in the shop for cosmetics and other rewards.
• How do I add friends? Go to the Social tab and search for their username.
• How do I reset my password? On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email.

Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from inside the app: open the Profile tab, scroll to the Account section, tap Delete Account, and confirm. The deletion is processed immediately.

If you cannot access the app for any reason, email us at willywillyzee@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" and we'll handle it manually.
